We’re looking for a part-time Client Services Manager, who is an organized, client‐facing professional who can manage both project and account management.

You will be helping to manage, support and communicate with clients, manage projects and internal team coordination, write proposals, estimate and invoice projects, follow up with leads, schedule projects, and work with vendors and partners. You’ll also help with some of Aviate’s marketing activities, proofread projects and help with some small administrative tasks.

You will be required to ensure a high-level of client satisfaction, quick responsiveness and maintain good client relationships to ensure repeat business. You’ll also help identify new opportunities and client needs beyond what the client requests.
