The Learning Development Program (LDP) is an Encompass Communications and Learning program that selects and trains future leaders within an organization. We designed the program’s logo using a pyramid motif with overlapping transparent colors to reflect the LDP concepts of transparency and building from the foundation up, to reach both professional and personal goals. This logo is being used in reports, training materials, workshops, etc.
