Paul Kiesche founded Aviate Creative in 2005 and heads up the team as president and creative director.
In addition to running Aviate Creative, Paul is also a published illustrator, adjunct professor, speaker and frequent podcast guest. Paul is also a dedicated fine artist (paulkieschefineart.com).
He is a contributing author for a number of industry publications, including Manufacturing.net, Industry Today, Industry Marketer and Factory of the Future, where he dives deep into the most effective tactics and latest marketing trends for manufacturing companies.
Paul has also founded three organizations including the Marketing Dinner Club, a bi-coastal organization of over 670 members and the Manufacturing Marketing Mastermind. He has also volunteered for several other nonprofit and industry associations.
Paul had previously held positions as vice president, creative director, art director, designer and illustrator for several design firms throughout New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Paul has designed for clients such as Fedex, Lenovo, the NBA, Kraft, Disney, GE, Johnson & Johnson, ADP, Novartis and many more.
Throughout his career, Paul has received numerous awards and has been featured in several exhibits, publications, webinars, podcasts, articles and TV shows. Paul was recognized as one of the top professionals under 40 by NJBIZ 40 Under 40 and Jersey's Best Marketing & Communications Professionals Under 40 by NJ Ad Club and JSPRAA.
Paul received his Bachelors Degree from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia and his Associates Degree from the County College of Morris in New Jersey for graphic design and illustration.
Despite the privilege of having many different roles and passions, Paul's favorite title of all is proud father to beautiful twin daughters.
